General Properties:
- Composition: Primarily consists of silver particles (typically micro or nano-sized), a resin binder (e.g., epoxy, acrylic, silicone), and a solvent system. Additives may be present to modify rheology, adhesion, and other properties. The silver content often ranges from 60% to 90% by weight.
- Appearance: Typically a viscous paste, often silver-gray in color.
- Viscosity: Varies greatly depending on the application method (screen printing, dispensing, etc.), ranging from a few thousand to hundreds of thousands of centipoise (cP).
- Density: Typically high due to the silver content, often in the range of 3-10 g/cm³.
- Curing Conditions: Can be room temperature cure, heat cure (e.g., 80°C to 150°C for a specific time), or even UV cure depending on the formulation.

Electrical Properties (after curing):
